The Sony FX30 Ver. 5.02 Firmware Update fixes an issue where updating the camera from Ver. 5.00 with a registered user LUT to Ver. 5.01 meant that users could not apply the user LUT or record and operate the camera.

Sony recommends that customers currently using Ver. 5.00 or Ver. 5.01 with a registered user LUT needs to re-register the user LUT before proceeding with the update to Ver. 5.02.
