Blackmagic Design has released its new Blackmagic Camera 9.2.1 Update that adds auto brightness adjustment to Blackmagic PYXIS Monitor for improved brightness management and improved Bluetooth connectivity for Blackmagic PYXIS 6K when switching from playback to record.

What’s new in Blackmagic Camera 9.2.1

The following models have new features.

Blackmagic PYXIS 6K

• Fixes issue where Bluetooth control is lost when switching from playback to record.

Blackmagic PYXIS Monitor

• Adds automatic brightness adjustments for thermal management.

For updating Blackmagic Cameras from Camera 4.0 or above it is advisable to export your presets and LUT’s onto a card as they will be removed during this update.
