Al Arabiya Jordan Airs the Middle East’s First Fully Digital News Bulletin, Powered by TVU Networks and MEBS
AMMAN, Jordan — July 2026 — Al Arabiya Jordan has successfully aired the Middle East’s first fully digital news bulletin, powered by TVU Networks and implemented by MEBS (Middle East Broadcast Solutions), TVU Networks’ exclusive partner in the MENA region.
The deployment introduces a cloud-native production workflow that simplifies traditional broadcast operations and improves flexibility, operational efficiency, and business continuity.
The entire news bulletin is produced through TVU’s cloud-based ecosystem. In the studio, TVU RPS One connects cameras, microphones, and studio systems through a streamlined setup, replacing multiple layers of traditional broadcast infrastructure.

TVU Producer manages live switching, audio mixing, graphics integration, and remote collaboration entirely in the cloud. Guests join the program through TVU Partyline using a simple web link, while the production team can operate from different locations with full coordination throughout the broadcast.
The completed bulletin is delivered through TVU Channel and can be distributed simultaneously across digital and broadcast platforms from a single cloud-based output.
Alongside the production workflow, the MEBS Jordan Team deployed a cloud-based Mini Smart MCR that aggregates live feeds from reporters, field teams, regional contributors, and external sources. The solution also serves as a disaster recovery and backup environment, ensuring uninterrupted operations whenever additional redundancy is required.
The implementation demonstrates how cloud-native technologies can simplify broadcast workflows, reduce dependence on traditional hardware infrastructure, and provide greater flexibility for modern news production.
”What Al Arabiya Jordan has achieved demonstrates how cloud technologies can transform the way news is produced and delivered. Broadcasters can now benefit from greater operational flexibility, efficiency, and reliable backup capabilities while maintaining professional broadcast standards”, said Emad Qawasmi, Managing Director MENA, TVU Networks.
”We are proud to support Al Arabiya Jordan with a solution that combines cloud production, operational flexibility, and business continuity. This project demonstrates how broadcasters can adopt modern workflows while maintaining high production quality and operational reliability”, said Eng. Ahmad Abu Shayeb, Broadcast Sales & Solutions Specialist Engineering MENA, MEBS.
Sharing the broadcaster’s experience, Mr. Ammar Al-Hindi, Head of Al Arabiya and Al Hadath Channels Office in Jordan, said: ”We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Eng. Ahmad Abu Shayeb and the MEBS Jordan Team for their outstanding support, technical expertise, and commitment to delivering a solution that truly met our operational requirements. Producing a complete news bulletin traditionally required expensive satellite infrastructure and complex broadcast operations. Today, TVU Networks, together with MEBS and the professional MEBS Jordan Team, has proven that cloud-based production can successfully deliver a complete digital news bulletin with high quality, reliability, and efficiency. Our experience has shown that this solution is not only practical, but also a smarter and more flexible way to produce and deliver trusted news content every day.’’
This successful implementation reflects the growing adoption of cloud-native broadcast technologies across the MENA region and demonstrates how TVU Networks and MEBS are helping broadcasters modernise their operations with flexible, scalable, and resilient production workflows.
